The agreement for this particular type of lease agreement renews every single month upon the payment of the tenant unless if either the tenant or the landowner or landlord would want to terminate or cause to void the month-to-month lease agreement given at least one month of notice in writing.
  • Standard Residential (fixed) – this type of lease application is a fixed contract between both the tenant and the landlord or the landowner wherein there is a payment that is to be paid monthly, and also the standard residential lease application agreement would last up to one year.
  • Sub-Lease – this type of leasing application is where a tenant or also known as a sub-lessor would decide to rent a portion of his or her currently rented space, or it could be his or her currently rented entire space to another tenant, which is also known as the sub-lessee, while currently renting that certain property from the landlord.
  • Rental Application – this type of lease agreement is what the landlord or landowner and the property manager use to assess the eligibility of the tenant, which would include the tenant’s credentials and credibility, the tenant’s background, the tenant’s credit score and credit record, and the tenant’s status of employment.
