What is a Band Performance Contract

A band performance contract is a written agreement between a band and the organizer of a show or concert that states that the band will perform in a particular event, venue, and date. The contract includes information such as elaborate details of the show, how the band can prepare for their performance, and when the organizer will pay the band for their services.
