The finished prohibition notice will be delivered to the person who has control over the activity which can be an individual, a body corporate, or a community association. The notice can be delivered through mail or electronic transmission, delivering it to the person’s residence or business address, or through an employee or personnel who works for the person in charge for a long period of time.
