1. Deliverables

When making the timeline, it should have a schedule of the duration of the work and how often you’ll do it in a week or a month. Use a timeline chart where you can organize your schedule well.  

3. Duties and Responsibilities

This section is where you list down your duties and responsibilities as a facility manager. Be specific in identifying your responsibilities so your client will know all the tasks you’re doing to manage the facility. The last part of the scope of work is where you include the payment of your services. Include other payments for other costs in this section such as the amount of the materials and tools you will use. Include your payment terms here such as when the client will pay you and how the payment is done. Discuss this with your client to reach a reasonable payment for your services.
