For example a travel agent arranges a full group package, should anything happen to one of the travelers, the most a travel agent can do is to offer assistance as to contact their travel insurance partner company (provided the client has also purchased the insurance along with the package). But any damages or cost incurred that isn’t at any fault of the travel agency, as they are not liable to pay or settle.
