Planning the Wedding
1. Early Bird. Start planning everything ahead of time. You do not want to be procrastinating one month before your scheduled wedding day. Vendors, wedding planners, photographers, videographers are all busy and are booked many times in a year. You want to make sure that you have everything under control a couple of weeks before the big day comes up. The last few weeks before the wedding comes up should be the times where you will make the last-minute adjustments for the wedding. You may also see weekly agenda samples.
2. Discuss. Once you have a headcount, it is time for you to start discussing matters with your husband-to-be and ensure that you both agree with what you will include in the wedding invitations. Some of the things that you would need to discuss will include the following:
- Wedding Venue. You want to make sure that you and your fiance have an understanding of where you would like to have your marriage. Would you like to have it in a church, in a garden, or on the beach? You should also need to consider where the exact location will be. Make a compromise to make it easier for families of both you and your fiance to attend the wedding. You may also like sample agenda templates.
- Reception Venue. You want to make sure that the venue for the reception will also be accessible for the guests who will be attending. If the reception venue is a bit far from where the ceremony will be held, take into consideration whether you will be hiring a transport service or if you will ask your guests to bring their own transport service. You want to make sure that your wedding day, from the ceremony to the reception, will not be too long or else your guests will end up being bored. Preparations need to start early. Plus, there will be photo sessions after makeup has been done will also occur. Make sure that your timeline is specific to the very last minute to ensure that you have ample amount of time for all the segments that you want for your wedding day.
3. Talk to Experts. Make sure that you take time in asking someone who is an expert when it comes to wedding planning. It can either be your friend or you may opt to also hire a professional wedding planner.
4. Hire Photographers and Videographers. You want every magical moment of your wedding to be remembered. Choose photographers and videographers who have a good reputation and will be worth the money. You may want to look into their wedding packages and choose one that you think will be a good fit for your budget and your wedding theme. You might be interested in sample political agenda templates.
