A training agenda is basically a detailed document that gives a description about how a trainer will handle a training session, how the instruction will be delivered to the trainees, and what is the schedule of the training session. 2. Start Developing the Agenda Content
- Plot the Steps. A well-written training plan will indicate the steps on how you will be able to achieve your goals. Make sure that you indicate the amount of time that will be consumed for every step, how many sessions will be conducted, and the events that will be happening in every session. Tips for a Making Training Effective
- Choose a Good Time and a Good Location. Choose a location that will be able to accommodate the number of trainees that will be attending the training sessions. - Practice Your Presentation. You want to make sure that you sound like an expert on what you will be presenting. Practice in front of a mirror or with a friend.
