Data privacy and other important assets such as material, books, records and information in any format or medium (including provided orally) submitted or made available to IT personnel, or any other person acting on behalf, unless otherwise publicly available, and all data and information, and other work developed by IT personnel under this agreement, shall be utilized by IT personnel solely in connection with the performance of the services under the agreement only and shall not be made available by any other person unless required by law.
VIII. Termination Clause
Define the circumstances in which the agreement may be terminated including the effects of termination such as payments and other rights and obligations of the parties.
