The sale or unauthorized use or disclosure of any of employer’s confidential information or trade secrets obtained by employee during or following his/her employment with employer will be subjected to disciplinary procedures.

III. Obligation of the Recipient

A statement should be provided whereas the recipient promises and agrees to withhold confidential information in confidence. And that upon the employers request the employee shall promptly return to employer all confidential information and materials in his possession.

IV. Duration of the Agreement

It should be decided between both parties in which the duration of the agreement should commence and when it will cease effectively. Also set ground procedures in an event of a sudden departure or termination of an employee.
