What Is a Letter of Agreement?

A letter of agreement is a letter outlining all the arrangements that were reached at during a negotiation. It enumerates in detail all the things that were discussed including the nature and exact description of the project, the total cost, terms of payment, timeline, and so on. What Is a Non-Compete Agreement in HR?

One of the agreements HR people often use is a non-compete agreement.
