The essential purpose of a notice form is to notify another party (e.g. an individual or an organization) regarding a specific concern that affects both the notifier and the notified. Importance of Notice Forms
- A notice form allows another party to clearly state the information that he/she wants to communicate to the other party. Indeed, a lot can be lost in verbal communication. - It is served when the tenant fails to observe proper waste management methods and rules despite being made aware by the landlord the necessity of complying with it.
- It is served when the tenant has significantly destroyed any part of the property that he/she is leasing.
